Step 1: Measure from Your Trouser Pocket

Start by placing the beginning of a tailor's tape or a piece of paracord (P cord) in your trouser pocket, towards the top.

Step 2: Wrap Across Your Chest and Back

Run the tape or cord across your chest, over your opposite shoulder, down your back, and back to the same starting point in your pocket.

Step 3: Determine Your Size

If you’re using paracord, simply measure the full length without adding or subtracting any length. The measured dimension is your perfect size. Stay safe!
